Human Resource Department
Human Resource Department at the Audit Oversight Board takes care of hiring, employee engagement, and professional development of employees. In the above mentioned tenure, the HRD achieve the following mile stones:


-  In line with the best practices, Human Resource Manual was prepared, which was reviewed by the Chairman, HR Committee and approved by the Board.


-  Various Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) were prepared and implemented.




During the above mentioned tenure, the major tasks including but not limited to the following were performed:

Administration Department
The administration department at AOB looks after tasks that includes day to day administrative mattersMajor tasks performed during the above mentioned tenure:



Complete interior renovation of two premises of the extended office; Introduction of filing system; andExpense analysis and cost saving measures.
Procurement Department
The procurement procures through petty cash without resorting to biding or quotations and through PPRA tendering as the case may be. During the tenure various procurements were made.
